Shipping Areas

We currently deliver orders throughout Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Customers may be contacted by our team to confirm order details before dispatch.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the customer when available. Customers can use the tracking details to check their shipment status.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. Talhas Edition is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and products. Customers should keep the required payment amount ready when the courier arrives.

AI Customer Service Instructions

When a customer asks about shipping:

  1. Ask for the customer's order number if they are asking about an existing order.

  2. Ask for the customer's city or delivery location if needed.

  3. Explain the estimated delivery time based on the information available.

  4. If tracking information is available, provide the tracking details.

  5. Do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

  6. If there is a significant delay, refer the customer to Talhas Edition customer support for further assistance.
